We`ve also developed considerable expertise performing physical due diligence studies for affordable housing developers and lenders working with HUD`s MAP program.

About Us
As we enter our 23rd year providing physical due diligence and remedial services I'm happy to report that, at least for the SF Bay Area, the Great Recession is all but OVER. You'll have to excuse my boyish exuberance but the only way to describe commercial real estate markets in the 36 months between fall of 2007 and the fall of 2010 is a cross between a desert and a polar ice cap. I am so pleased to have that era in our rear view mirror.
AllWest revenues increased by almost 30% in 2011! We added environmental and architectural staff. Compressed due diligence periods became the norm rather than the exception. If it's true that what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, then AllWest is dramatically different now than when we founded our firm 3 recessions ago in January 1990. What has not changed is our commitment to provide Environmental, Seismic, ALTA surveys and Property Condition Assessments you can rely on.
