Almetek - Substation Signs
The NESC requires a safety sign at each entrance to an electric supply station and on each side of the fence. Almetek Manufactures a wide variety of Substation Safety and Identification signage – Choose from a selection of standard Aluminum, Polyethylene, Lexan or Porcelain Warning/Danger Signs, or have your sign customized to include your logo, colors, text, images, etc. Styles include Printed, Reverse Print (Lexan) Engraved and optional Reflective. Standard sizes are 7×10 or 10×14. Custom sizes available.
Almetek - Arch Flash
Over 10 OSHA reportable Arch Flash related incidents occur everyday, several involving fatalities. Determining flash protection boundary and the appropriate PPE would be useless without the information being communicated effectively. Section 110.16 of the NEC 2002 code requires switchboards, panelboards, industrial control panels, and motor control centers to be field marked to warn personnel of the potential electric Arc Flash hazards. Clearly mark all equipment that present Arc Flash risk with Almetek’s line of signs and pressure sensitive labels. Almetek offers multiple OSHA & NFPA compliant Arc Flash Hazard labels and signs. Magnetic Tailboard Signs
Tailboard Signs make communicating daily schedules and routes easy. Signs are placed on the back of the truck/vehicle and are quick and easy to apply/remove. The surface of the 30-mil magnetic material is laminated with 3M grafitti proof film to protect the subsurface printing when removing dry erase ink.
