Oil-Free Compressors
ALMiG - Model A & A-O Series - Piston Compressors
The A & A-O Series Piston Compressors from ALMiG Kompressoren GmbH are designed for industrial applications requiring high efficiency and reliability. These compressors come in a modular system that can deliver either oil-lubricated or 100% oil-free compressed air. They are air-cooled with both single- and two-stage compressors and powered by a direct drive, providing a robust and economical solution. The compressors meet industrial standards for quality, operational safety, and longevity. They can be configured to operate under various conditions and are particularly well-suited for sensitive applications, including medical, food, and drinking water industries. The modular design allows for around-the-clock economic utilization through adaptable power gradations. Technical specifications include power outputs measured in kW and volume flow rates in liters per minute as per ISO 1217 standards, operating under specified bar pressure levels.
Compressor Control
ALMiG - Model Air Control B - Compressor Control System
The Air Control B compressor control system manufactured by ALMiG offers straightforward and transparent monitoring of compressor operations. It is designed to provide users with an intuitive interface to manage and supervise their compressed air systems efficiently. The system enables real-time data tracking, allowing for prompt identification and resolution of issues, and ensuring optimal performance of the compressor. The control system supports various functionalities that are vital for maintaining the reliability and efficiency of the compressor, thus, making it a crucial component for industries that rely on compressed air generation.
Compressed Air Treatment
ALMiG - Model AS - Cyclone Separator for Compressed Air Cleaning
ALMiG's cyclone separators AS are engineered for the purification of compressed air in industrial settings. They utilize high centrifugal forces to 'fling' water and dirt particles against the inner wall of the separator, where they slide into a collection chamber. The lower part of the filter housing is cone-shaped to prevent the re-entrainment of these separated aerosols. Furthermore, a turbulence-free zone near the base of the filter housing ensures that separated condensate remains out of the airflow. The separator's three-part housing with a swirl insert is designed to maintain low differential pressures even at high flow rates. Premium versions of these separators come with an electronic condensate drain option, which ensures reliable and efficient condensate management.
