ALMiG - Model A & A-O Series -Piston Compressors
The A & A-O Series Piston Compressors from ALMiG Kompressoren GmbH are designed for industrial applications requiring high efficiency and reliability. These compressors come in a modular system that can deliver either oil-lubricated or 100% oil-free compressed air. They are air-cooled with both single- and two-stage compressors and powered by a direct drive, providing a robust and economical solution. The compressors meet industrial standards for quality, operational safety, and longevity. They can be configured to operate under various conditions and are particularly well-suited for sensitive applications, including medical, food, and drinking water industries. The modular design allows for around-the-clock economic utilization through adaptable power gradations. Technical specifications include power outputs measured in kW and volume flow rates in liters per minute as per ISO 1217 standards, operating under specified bar pressure levels.
The ALMiG piston compressor series A & A-O offer high efficiency in a modular system. The A-O series also produces 100 % oil-free compressed air.
The air-cooled single- or two-stage compressors of the A and A-O series with direct drive are tough and economical. In terms of quality, operational safety and service life, they offer the standard of industrial plants and guarantee maximum reliability and economy.

Thanks to the compact design, the power gradations and a well thought-out modular system, piston compressors can be used economically around the clock. They can be individually and reliably adapted to all operating conditions.
The piston compressor series A-O produces 100% oil-free compressed air. This makes the compressed air systems ideally suited even for sensitive application areas such as medicine/hospital, food and drinking water supply.
The modular system includes:
- Compressor units for installation purposes
- Units on base frames for free-standing installation
- Compressed air units with horizontal or vertical receivers (also with docked refrigerant dryers)
- Compressed air units with or without sound insulation box
- Compressed air systems as A-towers, freely configurable with up to 3 units of the same type
