XDV Industrial Standard Timer drains are the ultimate, high performance, condensate management device. These proven and 100% continuous-duty drains are used globally to perform regular interval drain cycles for compressor tanks and compressed air systems. Analog and Digital Controllers are available. Alpha-Pure timer controlled condensate drains are economical and suitable for a wide range of compressed air applications including compressors, aftercoolers, receiver tanks, filters, and refrigerated air dryers. With an easily adjustable electronic timer, a direct acting solenoid valve, and a large discharge orifice, this drain is the most cost effective option for reliable condensate removal. With a test switch, LED on/off indication, and a fully serviceable valve, the drains offer a long list of features and benefits. 

High Pressure Timer drains are proven, 100 percent continuous duty drains and reliably perform regular interval drain cycles. For pressures up to 725 psi, 1500 psi and 4000 psi. Solenoid Timer Drain Position: The arrow on the valve body indicates fluid flow direction. The ideal installation position is with the valve body horizontal and the coil above the valve. It is not recommended to install the valve with the coil below the body. (See Figure 1)

MS Series water separators have been designed for the removal of bulk liquid condensate, water and particulate from compressed air and gases.

Odor removal panel air filters contain activated charcoal (activated carbon) that absorbs unpleasant odors and other gaseous contaminants in the air stream to improve indoor air quality. Rigid Cell Filters are engineered to withstand fluctuations in airflow and are ideal for variable flow, variable volume HVAC systems. Rigid Cell filters are enclosed and contain either synthetic media or fiberglass media in multiple efficiencies. Rigid cell filters look similar to pleated filters but have a depth of 6-12 inches and are surrounded by a galvanized metal or plastic frame.
