Training

The TRUX Professional Services team, with over thirty years of combined industry experience, will work closely with you and your team during the TRUX Software Implementation process. Our team guides you through each stage: from the initial consultation and installation to end user training and preparation to “go live”. We take extra care to understand your business requirements and company’s day-to-day procedures. Our in depth analysis and training can help you implement efficient processes, effective training, and a clear vision for your users and management staff. The team can work with you and your staff onsite, or remotely, via phone and desktop sharing tools, regardless of whether you are a single user/single site service provider or a large multi-user/multi-site company providing a full set of waste management services.
Regional Training
We conduct user conferences that provide cost effective training in major cities throughout the U.S. These 3 day events allow users to attend a combination of courses that focus on accounting, routing, dispatching, key performance indicators, and reporting. Choose any combination of 1 day session with the courses that match job functions, or 2 days that give users an in-depth training of all job essentials, or attend all 3 days to become the power user that can get the most out of DesertMicro and then receive the management level reporting tool kit to give insight into the factors and trends that are impacting your organization and department.
