Ameri-Shred’s heavy duty discharge conveyors carry the shredded material away from the shredder into a baler, compactor, dumpster or container. Available in belt widths from 16” to 72” wide and various lengths, these output conveyors have extra high side frames and are available in attached or free-standing models. Additional options include baler hoods, photo eyes and top covers.

The AMS–Bypass conveyor was designed to unload mobile shredding trucks by transferring the shredded documents from the truck directly to a baler. This eliminates the need to run previously shredded material through a secondary shredder unless desired.

Best for low volume applications, a vertical baler requires manual cycling and tying. It is an economical alternative when space, cost and volume do not warrant an automatic baler.

Best for medium volume applications, a horizontal manual tie baler is equipped with electronic eye sensors for automatic cycles but the bales require manual tying. A closed end baler gives a fixed length to the bale.

Best for high volume applications, a horizontal auto tie baler provides maximum output with minimal labor. They are equipped with electronic eye sensors that cycle and tie the bales automatically with no operator involvement except for taking away the finished bales.
