American Mfg Co bi-metallic high-chrome sleeved liners are becoming the new standard for the industry. Manufactured under API 7-K and ISO 9001 certificates and guaranteed to be 100% identical (with regard to fit, form, and function) with the OEM liner it is designed to replace and AT LEAST equal quality. We subject our AMERICAN liners to over 4 rigorous quality control inspections during the manufacturing process beginning from raw material to finished product checking all aspects of material integrity, chromium % of sleeve, critical machined dimensions and sleeve fit. Why do we obsess over our quality so much?

American Mfg. Company’s Blue Eagle urethane pistons are perfect for use in either oil-based or water-based mud. These bonded pistons are able to withstand all but the most extreme of temperatures and operating pressure. Every piston hub and valve body is completely manufactured in American Mfg. Company’s factory in St. Joseph, MN. After machining and passing quality inspection, they are sent to the molded products facility in Houston, TX. The pistons are prepared for bonding and cycled through the molding process, where the high temperature and high pressure urethane is bonded onto the metal piston hub or valve body. By having the capabilities to control all aspects of production 100% in-house, we are able to offer premium high temperature/high pressure pistons and valves far more economically than other Western manufacturers.

American Manufacturing’s line of Full-Open Roughneck-Style Blue Eagle Valves are manufactured from one piece forgings of alloy steel, which is machined at our API 7-K and ISO-9001 factory in Minnesota. Once machined and inspected, the valve bodies are sent to our molded products factory in Houston, TX where they are bonded with our premium high pressure high temperature urethane.

American Manufacturing’s line of 3-web and 4-web valves and seats are manufactured from one-piece forgings of alloy steel, which is machined at our API 7-K and ISO-9001 factory in Minnesota. The urethane inserts are manufactured and the complete valve assembled at our Houston, TX molded products factory.

Actual application horsepower requirements can be calculated using this equation: BHP = (GPM*PSI)/(1714*0.85 or 0.90) Pump capacities listed are based on 100% volumetric efficiency.
