AMC - Blue Eagle Urethane Pistons

American Mfg. Company’s Blue Eagle urethane pistons are perfect for use in either oil-based or water-based mud. These bonded pistons are able to withstand all but the most extreme of temperatures and operating pressure. Every piston hub and valve body is completely manufactured in American Mfg. Company’s factory in St. Joseph, MN. After machining and passing quality inspection, they are sent to the molded products facility in Houston, TX. The pistons are prepared for bonding and cycled through the molding process, where the high temperature and high pressure urethane is bonded onto the metal piston hub or valve body. By having the capabilities to control all aspects of production 100% in-house, we are able to offer premium high temperature/high pressure pistons and valves far more economically than other Western manufacturers.
