The C Series of UV conveyors made by our Lesco division include the C636, C612 and C2000. All feature Fusion electrodeless light sources with power ratings of 300 and 600/400 W/inch. Also available are Fusion light sources with three different UV spectral outputs to exactly match the curing requirements of the selected UV chemistry. These industrial grade UV curing systems are built to withstand around the clock production cycles and designed to meet the rigorous demands of commercial applications.

The Mini Conveyor UV Cure System is the workhorse for small production pieces and cures substrates up to six inches wide.

American Ultraviolet`s standard UV curing conveyors are anything but standard. And more and more screen printers are discovering the benefits of our systems, including space, energy and ink savings, quadrupled throughput, greatly reduced cleanup, a healthier environment and healthier employees.

High-output CC Series HVAC UV light fixtures are designed specifically as HVAC air cleaner systems. They can be mounted in various configurations for optimum pass-by UV air sterilization and/or to irradiate cooling coils and drain pans. These individual HVAC UV air purifiers can be mounted to plenum walls, or multiple fixtures can mount to frame assemblies that span supply ducts or cooling coils.

Highly Configurable UVC Systems for HVAC applications. The CK Series is designed as a modular, highly flexible UVC kit for Air Handling Unit (AHU) installations. The kit is simple to install and can be configured to provide exactly what`s needed for a wide variety of AHU installations. The CK Series is flexible enough to get everything you need and nothing you don`t for almost any UVC application in an AHU. Standard configurations offer up to 16 lamps running from a single electronic enclosure. The CK Series can be supplied with standard, coated or double-walled cell lamps, based on requirements of the installation. The BMS option allows for lamp monitoring with relay output to a building`s central monitoring system to ensure performance.

The AUV-Coat Series of roll coaters are re-engineered, and greatly improved products that were originally manufactured by Al`s Co UV, until Al`s Co UV was acquired by American Ultraviolet in 2014. They can be set up with one to three separate UV tanks and pumps (optional) for coatings and wash and they run up to 3/8" thick substrates.

The easy-to-operate C-9000 universal envelope feeder (originally manufactured by Press Specialties, until their acquisition by American Ultraviolet in 2014), is the perfect compliment to your offset and/or digital print shop. Combined with the D-100 universal delivery conveyor, this substrate feeder will allow you to position your business as a true full service printer.
