Asset Integrity Management Modules
Model API 581 - Pressure System, Atmospheric Storage Tank, Pressure Relief Device
The RBI API 581 modules allow the implementation of the RBI API 581 Recommended Practice for Pressure Vessels and Piping (RBI Pressure System® module), Atmospheric Storage Tanks (RBI Atmospheric Storage Tank® module) and Pressure Relief Devices (RBI Pressure Relief Device® module) to achieve a long-term fully optimized inspection strategy adapted to the targeted asset and its precise operating conditions.
Model API 584 - Integrity Operating Windows
The Integrity Operating Windows module, based on API 584 Recommended Practice, provides an integrated view and monitoring of key integrity parameters of the infrastructure. The module interfaces with the Process Historian to automatically populate the software with the sensor results. Those results are then treated either under a simple, calculated or combined analysis to: Follow defined integrity parameters and their evolution within the IOW, Generate alerts when integrity parameters evolve outside of their IOW, Identify potential new Damage Mechanisms (related to RBI modules)
Corrosion Management
The Corrosion Management module enables tracking of Corrosion Monitoring Location inspection results and remaining life calculations. Inspection results recording from embedded CIMMS or Excel Mass Upload module, Automatic calculation of corrosion rates using the method of least squares to determine remaining life, Corrosion rates can be used as an input in other modules’ RBI assessments
