Saran - Gas Sampling Bags
Double Weight, Aged Saran Bags: These Saran Gas Sampling Bags are made of a double weight, 2 mil (0.002 inch) thick type 18-100 Saran, specially treated to minimize permeability. Our Saran Gas Sampling Bags are as chemically inert as Teflon Bags, but are less permeable.
Kynar - Gas Sampling Bags
Polyvinylidene Difluoride, or PVDF is a highly non-reactive and pure thermoplastic fluoropolymer. Analytical Specialties is pleased to announce the formal introduction of our line of Kynar® film Sampling Bags. The development of this film began many years ago when the automotive industry realized that the present film specified in the Federal Register, namely Tedlar, could no longer meet the future requirements of emission testing labs.
DuPont Tedlar - Gas Sampling Bags
DuPont Tedlar, a good choice for your sampling bag needs. Tedlar bags are tough, chemically inert, low permeability and re-usable when purged with nitrogen before each re-use. This re-use property makes Tedlar sampling bags very economical. Rated for continuous use up to 225° F when used with the appropriately rated fitting materials. Teflon - Gas Sampling Bags
Fluropolymer (FEP) Film | Fluropolymer (FEP) Gas Samplign Bags. The most inert material available for storage of samples available, Fluropolymer`s (FEP) only drawbacks are permeability and cost. Fluropolymer (FEP) offers the highest use temperatures of all the sampling materials from -400°F to +400°F. FEP type, -400°F to +500°F, PFA, -400°F to +300°F for ETFE. Analytical Specialties carries the following Fluropolymer (FEP) films for your special sampling bag needs: 5 mil FEP resins, 2 mil PFA resins, 2 mil ETFE resins.
Dyneon - Film 5 mil Sampling Bags
3M Dyneon THV Fluoroplastic (a polymer of tetrafluoroethylene, hexafluoropropylene and vinylidene fluoride) provides a combination of performance advantages over PTFE or FEP . A Dyneon sample bag can be used in a variety of applications such as automotive (low-permeation systems), chemical processing industry, and semiconductor industry for monitoring emissions wherever PTFE or FEP films are used. It also will handle higher temperatures than PTFE or FEP.
Krinkle - Gas Sampling Bags
This innovative change to sampling bag design allows for total evacuation of a sample bag. The Krinkle bags eliminate the need for extensive fitting configurations without concerns about dead air space created by special fittings. The Black Krinkle bags are light resistant.
Metalized - Sampling Bags
Fabricated from five layers of very distinct materials to achieve low permeability numbers. These bags are used when the sample must be kept in the bag for long periods of time. However, one must adjust for the inner layer of polyethylene which might affect the stored sample. These bags are tough, economical and provide light blocking capabilities.
Snap and Seal Bag
Analytical - Snap-n-Seal sampling bags
The Snap-n-Seal sampling bags are sealed on three sides and open on one end. The maximum opening is 12 inches but there is no limit to the length. Closing of the bag is completed with a positive `Snap and Seal` system. Snap-n-Seal bags allow you to sample solids or liquids that are impossible to do with standard inert sampling bags and fittings. These bags can be made with Kynar Teflon, Tedlar and Black Tedlar (for light sensitive applications), as well as other materials. Fittings for extra testing applications can be installed in any location based on your needs.
