The API CW Hydraulic rake is designed specifically for use in primary treatments in sewage plants or sewage lifts; it is equipped with a rake installed on a single-stage hydraulic arm, which allows it to operate separately from the bar grill in the most difficult applications with coarse bodies that are difficult to manage with chain systems. Suitable for grill runs up to about 6 metres and treatments with passages from 20 to 100 mm. Available in multiple versions that allow it to adapt to various duct or tank geometries, it is built with an ISO1461 galvanised steel structure and AISI cleaner rake.

Suitable for grill runs up to about 10 metres and treatments with passages from 20 to 100 mm. Available in multiple versions that allow it to adapt to various duct or tank geometries, it is built with an ISO1461 galvanised steel structure and AISI cleaner rake.

The API RW automatic Rotating rake bar screen consist of a frame composed of a press-formed sheet which incorporates a fixed bar screen to ensure maximum rigidity. The construction generally uses structural carbon steel in grade S235 – S275 – S355 with hot galvanising protective treatment in accordance with EN 1461 or painted with thixotropic epoxy product suitable for immersion, but is also available entirely in AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel. The space between the bars can be varied to obtain a fine or coarse grill according to the plant`s requirements. The grill does not require modifications to existing masonry work and is easy to fit using mechanical anchor bolts.

The API ST Trash Rack Cleaner is a fully automated hydraulic rake trash rack cleaner of the Single-Girder or Double-Girder Compact Telescopic type. It is used to remove the material captured by the grills in intake facilities, always allowing the maximum flow of water to the pumps, turbines or plant. It is the ideal trash rack cleaner for deep grills or for impact limitations in height. The cleaning action is carried out by the rake, which opens and extends to the lowest point of the grill, then rises back up against it, intercepting and removing the solids retained up to the highest discharge point, where Conveyor Belts are ready to operate continuously and in coordination with the Trash Rack Cleaner. Frame, Rake and Extensible Unit are made of steel with hot-dip galvanisation (ISO 1461) for long-lasting outdoor operation. Switchgear and hydraulic central unit are installed, protected and inside the machine.

The cleaning action is carried out by the rake, which opens and moves to the lowest point of the grill, then rises back up against it, intercepting and removing the solids retained up to the highest discharge point, where Conveyor Belts are ready to operate continuously and in coordination with the Trash Rack Cleaner. The API SP Bridge Hydraulic Trash Rack Cleaner effectively removes the material captured by the grills in intake facilities at hydroelectric plants. It is the ideal trash rack cleaner for applications with a large grill front on river intakes. The API® SP Series is a Trash Rack Cleaner with a telescopic unit configured on a mobile structure, below which the conveyor belt or floating duct can be positioned. It has very flexible variants for the use of a clamshell, auxiliary crane, on-board control cabin, radio control. Power unit and control panel are installed on the machine.

The API Rotary Trash Rack Cleaner is a type of fully automated chain trash rack cleaner. It is ideal for cleaning foliage and grass off grills arranged in the intake facilities in small hydroelectric plants, irrigation canals or pump stations. The rotary trash rack cleaner`s cleaning action is carried out by scraper rakes that move together with the chain, adhering to the grill and thereby intercepting and lifting leaves, algae and branches up to the highest point where they fall behind the grill. Frame, main components, chains and rakes are made of S275 steel. Hot-dip galvanisation (ISO 1461) is applied to ensure long-lasting operation of the machine outdoors. The switchgear and control panel are supplied loose to be installed locally in the most convenient position.

The API FTAR rotating drum filter is used (but not exclusively) in reclamation and irrigation facilities. It is suitable for filtering untreated water where the solid content is made up of foliage, small material and detritus, which cannot be intercepted by the bar grills, typically installed upstream.

The API Parallel Belt Filter is suitable for treating water where the solid content is made up of foliage, small material and detritus that are difficult to intercept with grill systems. It is particularly suitable for large level excursions.
