Reliability Improvement
Analysis phase
The current maintenance practice(s) are benchmarked against A.M.T.’s spheres of reliability. The benchmark is then basically a comparison of the current situation versus the component parts of a world class reliability programme.
Typically 10-14 days in duration the analysis is on site activity conducted with site personnel. The output of the analysis is a unique in depth report and recommendations for improvement tailored to each and every facility.
