Reliability Improvement
Analysis phase
The current maintenance practice(s) are benchmarked against A.M.T.’s spheres of reliability. The benchmark is then basically a comparison of the current situation versus the component parts of a world class reliability programme.
Typically 10-14 days in duration the analysis is on site activity conducted with site personnel. The output of the analysis is a unique in depth report and recommendations for improvement tailored to each and every facility.
Synthesis phase
Based upon the result of the analysis, the synthesis phase “builds up” the maintenance processes that are the foundations of reliability success in parallel with the generation of the maintenance strategy. It is this combination of maintenance processes and applied strategy that embraces the statement “Effective and efficient maintenance protocols”.
Implementation phase
The implementation phase puts into practice the result of the synthesis. Key metrics are utilised to track the desired improvements. The completion of the implementation phase ensures improvements are complete and the facility is monitoring and modifying the live maintenance programme.
