Applied Performance Service (APS) is the most comprehensive service solution available for Applied Materials equipment. The APS product provides up to 7x24 service coverage and includes tool-specific performance commitments such as tool uptime or availability with predictable cost. Optimized tool productivity, committed supplier-dependent uptime and availability of consumable and non-consumable parts, with rapid downs support reduces your system cost of ownership (CoO).
Applied Managed Service (AMS)
Applied Managed Service (AMS) increases your operational efficiency to address corrective and preventive maintenance requirements in your fab. Our Supplier Dependent Uptime (SDUT) commitment and expert labor helps improve tool performance. Priority support for non-consumable parts and rapid downs response reduces your system cost of ownership (CoO).
Applied Standard Service
Our standard service program offers expert response to system downs to perform tool maintenance and ensure against unplanned events. With standard service, as with all our comprehensive service packages, our Applied certified field engineers have access to the Applied network of service experts and Applied quality parts.
Preventive Maintenance Services
Applied preventive maintenance (PM) service agreements, available as an add-on with Applied Standard Service or during warranty, provide the expertise, efficiency and affordability you need to keep your Applied Materials equipment operating at peak performance.
Applied On Demand Services
Applied OnDemandâ„¢ services offer a way for customers to order field engineering support on Applied Materials equipment. These services are provided by Applied-certified engineers who are trained, have access to specialized tooling and can provide the highest quality of service.
