About Us
The first ISO publisher in the USA
Established in 1992, AQA was the first company in the ISO Management Systems business. The first printed materials of any kind on ISO 9000 in the USA were published by AQA. We were also first with template documentations for ISO 14001, QS 9000, TS 16949, and ISO 13485.
Founded by an expert auditor
Jack Kanholm, the founder and president of AQA, is still running the company, authoring nearly all its publications, and designing the business logic for its software. He was one of the first ISO quality and environmental auditors in the USA, and a leading authority on interpreting the ISO standards.
We always answer the phone
We answer every phone call and like to talk with our customers. If you have questions about the software or need support, call us and we will help you right away. If you have a more general question about quality systems or how best to use the software ask for Jack Kanholm himself to help you. If he is not at the office, be sure that he will return your call. When calling, remember that we are in California (Pacific Time) and may be up to three hours behind you.
Customer service and satisfaction
AQA is proud of having the highest rate of repeat business in the industry. Over 80% of our customers come back to buy related products, and some 30% of new customers come from recommendations by other users.
