Spacers can be thinner than conventional mesh feed spacers equaling a significant increase in square footage in the same size element. Our technology provides a more open design and reduces fouling. Our technology offers a significant reduction in both Capital and Operating Expenses in membrane plant operations. Reverse osmosis membrane elements require an excess amount of energy to operate. To address this challenge, Aqua Membranes’ revolutionary design changes use our patented 3D spacers instead of customary mesh spacers.
