FILTRAY 2G - Point-of-Use Disposable Water Filters
aqua-tools is pioneer in the development of Point-of-Use Water filters to address infections with longer performance life extented up to 4 months. FILT`RAY 2G provides a physical barrier for quick legionella & pseudomonas control and others waterborne pathogens in order to reduce Healthcare-Associated Infections (HAI`s). These filters should be used proactively in areas with high-risk patients (Bone marrow/solid organ transplant units, Burn units, Oncology units, NICUs/ICUs, as well in the OR for surgical scrub sinks). These water filters can also be used for the rinsing of medical equipment. Innovative FILT`RAY 2G Point-of Use filters were launched in April 2017 are Medical Device Class I*.(*for Europe only).
Microbiological Analysis Kits
ATP - 2G Rapid Microbiological Analysis Kit
The QGA 2G Refill kit is recommended for clear water with low level of total suspended solids (TSS; matières en suspension, MES). This kit measures the precise amount of intracellular ATP (excluding extracellular ATP from dead cells). The quantity of ATP measured (in pg/mL) is directly proportional to the quantity of viable micro-organisms (in EM/mL).
ATP - 2G Rapid Microbiological Analysis Kit
The QG21-I 2G Refill kit is recommended for cloud water that contains suspended solids (organic and mineral solids). The kit determines the exact amount of extracellular ATP and total ATP. These values can be used to calculate: the amount of intracellular ATP (in pg/mL) to determine the number of viable micro-organisms (in EM/mL). the Biomass Stress Index (BSI) for evaluating the mortality rate or level of physiological stress within a microbial population after physical or chemical treatment.
ATP - 2G Rapid Microbiological Analysis Kit
The QG21W kit is recommended for activated sludges and used water with a very high content of suspended solids (organic and mineral). The kit determines the precise amount of extracellular ATP and total ATP, as well as ATP that is specific to the filamentous biomass (a frequent contaminant of water purification systems). These values can be used to calculate: the amount of intracellular ATP (in pg/mL) to determine the number of viable micro-organisms (in EM/mL). The Biomass Stress Index (BSI) for determining the mortality rate or level of physiological stress in a microbial population (for example, after physical or chemical treatment). The Active Biomass Report (ABR) for evaluating the biological activity of fixed purifying micro-organisms.
ATP - 2G Rapid Microbiological Analysis Kit
The QGO-M XPLD 2G Refill kit is recommended for high-viscosity organic emulsions such as tensioactive agents (detergents, emulsifiers, surfactants, etc.) and cleaning products, cosmetics or personal care products. The kit determines the precise amount of intracellular ATP (excluding extracellular ATP from dead cells). The amount of ATP measured (in pg/mL) is directly proportional to the number of viable micro-organisms (in EM/mL).
ATP - 2G Rapid Microbiological Analysis Kit
The QG21-S 2G Refill kit is recommended for high-viscosity chemical fluids containing a high concentration of polymerizable organic matter, such as paint, glue, resins, liquid polymers, primers, coatings, etc. The kit determines the precise amount of extracellular ATP and total ATP (measuring total ATP only is also an option - QG21-St 2G Refill kit). These values can be used to calculate: The amount of intracellular ATP (in pg/mL) to determine the number of viable micro-organisms (in EM/mL). The Biomass Stress Index (BSI) for evaluating the cell death or level of physiological stress within a microbial population after physical or chemical treatment.
