Aqualter Group

Number one company in the water sector independent from the majors, AQUALTER has for 50 years been developing its expertise in the production and distribution of drinking water, the collection and treatment of wastewater, and the construction of drinking water plants and wastewater treatment plants. The Aqualter Group was formed at the end of 2010, through the Caisse des Dépôts and CITEE bringing about the merger of two companies they owned in the water sector: ALTEAU, a specialist in the operation of public service concessions, founded in 1992. In 2016, Alteau took the name AQUALTER EXPLOITATION. TERNOIS, focused on the construction of civil works, founded in 1970 and renamed AQUALTER CONSTRUCTION in 2013.
