Moisture-Sense is a new inline moisture – dry matter sensor solution for French fries and other potato-related products. The Moisture-Sense provides real-time feedback on the moisture and dry matter content after drying and frying processes. This makes the Moisture-Sense essential to optimize the industrial processes resulting in a higher cost-efficiency.

Our at-line and inline particle measurement systems is one of the first series of at-line and inline sensors to continuously monitor the particle size and concentration in real time. This label-free and nondestructive measurement technique allows to follow-up various processes.
