GLOBAL™ GROUND is our lightweight and compact everyday nozzle to be used to remove material in pipe such as sludge, sand, and minor stones.  This means the nozzle has no front jets. The nozzles are supplied with 4 or 6 rear jets. We use the same philosophy as for our high-end nozzles, meaning we design our nozzles with fewer rear jets with larger jet size, instead off many small holes, which only create weak and misty water jets.

GLOBAL™ SUPER PENETRATOR has a substantial amount of weight so it sits low on the bottom of the pipe. The specific design minimizes risk of nozzle turning in pipe and allows to successfully navigate over small voids, off-sets, drop joints etc. in the pipe. GLOBAL™ SP has replaceable jet orifices for easy adaptation to different pump capacities and features up to four replaceable front jets that can be blocked if desired.

GOBLIN® with 0° degrees rear jets has a weight of 3,6 kg (8 lbs) and is supplied with 8 rear jets 0° and one front jet. The front jet can be plugged or supplied with a jet insert to be used when nozzle has to pass a clogging. The GOBLIN® 0° is mainly used for cleaning drainage channels along motorways, pedestrian zones, or parking areas. Customers also use GOBLIN° for cleaning drainage gutters, or for open drainage sections in sewer treatment plants where sludge, bacteria and other material accumulate. The 0° jets give a strong cleaning power to the rear. The nozzle is recommended to be used in channels with a width of max 150-300 mm (6”-12”).

GOBLIN® with 0° + 2° degrees rear jets comes in two sizes. The smaller version has a weight of 5,5 kg (12 lbs) and the larger version has a weight of 7,5 kg (17 lbs). Both versions are supplied with 10 rear jets, where every second is 0° and the other is 2°. The nozzles have an option of one front jet.

GOBLIN® 0° + 5° degrees with 8 or 10 rear jets (depending of connecting size + one front jet optional), is often used to removal heavy material where the 10 jets avoid making stripes in pipe. We have many times supplied this nozzle with a centralizing sled allowing the nozzle to clean evenly 360° around the pipe. Three versions are available. The light version har a weight of 1,6 kg (3,5 lbs), medium version has a weight of 5,5 kg (12 lbs) and the heavy version has a weight of 7,5 kg (17 lbs).

GOBLIN® 10° + 30° has a wide range of uses and can be seen as a "universal pipe cleaning nozzle". This is due to the combination of 10° and 30° angles on the thrusting rear jets. The thrusting water jets with 30° angle clean the inside of the pipe. At the same time the 10° jets effectively thrust the nozzle up the pipe, while they at the same time efficiently move the material downstream. By mounting a front jet, GOBLIN® 10° + 30 can also be used for clogs or to remove obstacles in front of the nozzle.

Grenade or Bombs are the general working names in the business for this type of nozzle. The rear jet angles of 10° or 15°degrees in combination with 30° is a very popular combination for general pipe cleaning. What does GOBLIN® 15° + 30° degrees offer in access to the standard Grenade or Bombs?

The GOBLIN® GRENADE is made in harden stainless steel and is engineered for optimum maneuverability and to prevent nozzle from getting stuck on offsets. Improved internal flow design, compared with standard nozzles, gives a more efficient general pipe cleaning. The extended weight can be advantageous since GOBLIN® GRENADE normally stays more firmly to the bottom of the pipe. The weight can also be advantages cleaning inside housing where the nozzle needs to “fall” into a connecting vertical pipe. All sizes of GOBLIN® GRENADE have replaceable jet orifices for easy adaptation to different pump capacities and feature one replaceable front jet which can be blocked if desired. Available with stainless steel or ceramic jets.

JAWS®100 is the smaller version of the JAWS® made with same quality and design as the larger version (quality Swedish stainless steel with a protective rubber cone). The service lifetime is the same as for the larger version, meaning you can easily get +10 years out of the nozzle head. Remember to check the wear of the sled. When sled starts to get worn down the sled should be replaced. The sled and the exchangeable jets are easy to replace.
