AR 10000 Series is suitable for suction and purification of large quantities of oil mist and fume produced during wet machining processes. The ART series is designed specifically for mechanical machining applications which do not employ lubricant/coolant, and is particularly suited to dry cast-iron machining applications when highly volatile graphite dust is released. The ART series, with a range of suction heads, collects this dust and conveys it into a hopper where it is collected in bags to facilitate maintenance and removal/disposal of the dust. The HYDROFILTER Series is suitable for the filtration of fine and volatile powders that are potentially dangerous as they are flammable and explosive (magnesium and aluminum), they are knocked down and rendered harmless by water curtain. The HYDROFILTER series is the outcome of AR FILTRAZIONI’s on-going a serie research into new products and solutions. One example of this is our decision to build a unit with complex cascading safety systems to prevent ignition in magnesium processing applications – magnesium is highly flammable in contact with water – but without adopting ATEX standards relating to fire prevention. Suited to extracting and purifying oily mists and dusts generated in dry adn wet machining, our tables and booths are equipèped for the installation of ARNO/ECO/ARPX air purifiers. Each purifier can purify particles of different granulometries by simply installing filters of different filtration efficiencies. They can be equipped with high (EPA) or very high (HEPA) efficiency EN 1822 compliant filters, ideal for eliminating micro-dusts, micro-mists and fumes. AN ACTIVE CHARCOAL CELL CAN BE USED AS THE LAST STAGE TO REDUCE ANY NOXIOUS EXHALATIONS AND ODOURS.

The ARF series is suited to extracting and purifying micro-dust and fumes generated in dry and wet machining applications. The extracted air passes through a metallic and then a synthetic filter, which retain the larger sized particles. It then passes through a very high efficiency filter (HEPA H13 filter), EN 1822 compliant, after which it is recycled perfectly purified. The FA version is equipped with an active charcoal cell which eliminates gas, exhalations and odours.
