The “ASP” Feeding Pump is for the liquid feeding of substrates for Biogas digesters. The liquids – like cow or pig manure – will be premixed with the substrates like grass, mais and so on. After the premixing in the ASP pump, the mixed subtrates will be transported to the upper area of the main digester.

The ARMATEC cavity pumps are used since several years in all sectors of industry.

The Blower Pump primarely in stationary applications for clogging free pumping of slurry with a high Content of heterogeneaus Bodys: on Biogas installations, pumping from the pretank into the repository. Liquefied green waste, liquid manure. in Agriculture, pig feeding, pumping of liquid manure. in Industrie/water Treatment plant/Pumpstation, Food residues, waste water from potato washing streets.

Armatec centrifugal pumps are for high performance pumping from manure pits. Installation as stationary horicontal “Inline” pump. Available from 7.5 – 22 kW and mounted on a baseframe.. Suction nozzle (standard):DN 250 – DIN 2633 – PN 16. Pressure nozzle: DN 200 – DIN 2633 – PN 16. Other connections on request.

Centrifugal pumps have a various field of application. The pumps are used for trouble free moving of floating dung. They are cutting green-bedding material and food residues in the substrate.

Armatec Paddle agitators in vertical version are perfect for hydrolysis tanks or digesters, which have a very high dry-matter content. The perfect solution is the combination together with our long-shaft agitator or submersible mixer!

Certification for Ex-zone 2 or zone 1 together with sensor and Armatec control unit. The Armatec Screw Press Separator is provided with an automatic press, which guerantee a permanent output of solids with the same dry matter Content.

In the Agriculture Industry more and more Separators will be used for "Green Bedding" methods.
