Aspirator for Removal of Light Chaffy Material from Good Product Open or Closed Circuit Models up to 144” wide. The ArrowCorp Open Circuit Aspirator Model AS is a common machine normally incorporated in the front of a processing line. The “air wash” will remove the majority of light contaminants and discharge them in a separate location from the good product. The amount of air volume determines the percentage lifted. The width of the unit and accuracy of the separation required will determine the capacity that can be achieved. ArrowCorp manufacture units up to 120” (3.05m) wide for capacities in excess of 10,000 bph (270mt/h). The ArrowCorp Closed Circuit Aspirators do the same thing as the Open Circuit but incorporate integral fan(s) and recycle the air used to lift the chaff back to the front to be reused. It greatly reduces the amount of dust collection equipment required.

The ArrowCorp Orion Air Screen Conditioner incorporates modern manufacturing and production techniques including SolidWorks 3D modeling, laser cut steel and 5 axis laser for structural tubing, CNC routering of the 13 Ply Marine Board and CNC machining of shafting and other critical drive components. The Orion is available in four models offering screens areas of 72 square feet of screen area, (6.69 square meters) to 180 square feet of screen area. (16.72 square meters).

All Orion Air Screen Cleaners incorporate two separate Aspiration points. Incoming feed is aspirated between the feeder (vibratory and roll style feeders are available) and the first screen. The Post Aspiration is accomplished after the final screening on the bottom sieve shoe. Post Aspiration Booster Fan is available as an option or accessory.

End panel access door swings open for cylinder removal and replacement. Roll wheels accurately guide cylinders into position. No vacuuming required for kernel-clean cylinder replacement or clean out between lots. Carbonitride-hardened cylinders (standard equipment) have a hardness rating that exceeds ordinary drill bits. Modular design allows stacking and future addition of more units. Indirect cylinder drive system. Nickel-plated screens available for crops with high oil content.

Large industrial duty airlocks, with up to a 24 inlet and outlet, maintain the air seal necessary to discharge all dust and particles collected.

The lighter weight material flows down and the heavier material, not being supported by the air stream, is carried to the upper end of the deck by the deck motion and discharged. Our design is virtually free of vibration, dustproof and has infinitely variable air control. The deck may be removed quickly and easily for cleaning. Power requirement is low and installation is simple and inexpensive.
