All Orion Air Screen Cleaners incorporate two separate Aspiration points. Incoming feed is aspirated between the feeder (vibratory and roll style feeders are available) and the first screen. The Post Aspiration is accomplished after the final screening on the bottom sieve shoe. Post Aspiration Booster Fan is available as an option or accessory.

Counterbalanced construction using opposing screen shoes and balanced shafts ensure years of trouble free operation. Premium drive components and the use of electronic VFD’s control the speed of sieve shake and booster fan speed. Controls are operator friendly and very accessible. Open design allows the operators to see the product throughout cleaning process.
