Responsible Business Masterclass

This one-day CSR workshop, run in association with Middlesex University, is for anyone who wants to improve their leadership on CSR issues. You will receive coaching and interactive learning experiences from leading CSR experts tailored to participants" own priorities. You will develop the skills and techniques to successfully communicate, implement and evaluate your company"s CSR programme. The masterclass has been set up to enable you to participate, as an individual, in a broadly based event and benefit from the interaction you will enjoy with people from other organisations. However, it is one of a series of masterclasses and there are other options available. If your organisation has a dedicated CSR committee, we can run a specific masterclass or series of masterclasses for all its members. In addition, specific topic experts can attend your masterclass depending on the business critical issues included on your agenda.

Green/Environmental Courses

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Sustainability Training Courses

Our professional trainers have developed and run a range of CSR and sustainability training courses to help individuals to develop the leadership skills they will need to embed and integrate environmental, social and governance issues into their mainstream strategy. Social Impact – Measuring and Managing Your Social Footprint

We are pleased to announce the latest in our series of Responsible Business Programmes to be held on September 30th 2010: “Social Impact – Measuring and Managing Your Social Footprint”, run by Professor Adrian Henriques in collaboration with senior CSR and leadership trainers from Article 13. Materiality: what matters

This half-day CSR workshop explores materiality, what it means and how you can assess and report on the issues which are material to your business. Using practical exercises and case studies, you will consider materiality as a function of the scale of an impact, stakeholder materiliaty versus business materiality and why companies report so much that is not material. These courses can be tailored to meet the unique needs of individual companies and participants.

Transparency & Reporting

Business transparency is critical to achieving leadership in business sustainability. However, it is about more than simply producing a CSR report. In this workshop, you will explore the concept of transparency and how it can create trust. You will share practical experience with your peers and gain in-depth insights from transparency experts on how to approach transparency where issues of commercial confidentiality and taxation are at stake. These courses can be tailored to meet the unique needs of individual companies and participants.

Social Impact: measuring and managing your social footprint

CSR managers, community engagement specialists and sustainability reporters will learn how to better evaluate the impacts of companies" social and community programmes. Drawing on real-life examples, participants will learn techniques for assessing the community and business benefits of social initiatives, including the methodology behind SROI (social return on investment) practices. They will also gain insights into stakeholder dialogue and how to develop indicators for tracking social impact of community programmes. These courses can be tailored to meet the unique needs of individual companies and participants.
