WateRRake Model FS is the answer for most screening applications. With the simple and rugged designed, WateRRake makes installation and maintenance easy. The unit consists of all steel epoxy coated or stainless steels construction, and can be set into a straight channel requiring no knockouts or floor depression. It is greatly suitable for removing suspended and floating coarse and fine debris such as floating plants, weeds, and plastic from surface water.

WateRRake Model CS1 is designed and built for removal of large suspended solids. The mechanism is rugged and easy to operate. Grab carriage can run to the lowest position to sweeps up the trash which settled on the floor, thus the cleaning is so efficient. The cleaning is made possible by grab controlling through 3-cable motion. Two cables are used for lifting and lowering of grab, while the other is for opening and closing of grab. On downward position the grab runs in open position until reaching the floor or obstruction, where the slack line sensor sends a signal to close the grab, through turning the swiveling rollers whereby the length of the center cable is changed and close the grab. Then the lifting motor runs into reverse motion lifting the grab upward for discharge above floor. In automatic operation the cleaning sequence is repeated continuously until all suspended solids are removed.

D Air is the elastic rubber membrane diffuser disc. It is designed to perform under physical and chemical harsh conditions. The body is made of Polypropylene co-polymer that exhibits great strength under high temperature fluctuations. The membrane is so designed to have long life especially in hot climate environment. It is punctured to more than 5000 minuscule holes, in order to create the very fine bubble. D Air is easily installed and compatible with most pipe connections available in the market.

Model TBS is designed as cross-tank traveling bridge collector suitable for long rectangular tank.  The tank can be as long as 100 meter, and designed for both grit scraper and sludge - siphoning purposes.  The bridge can be designed lightweight employing cable pull as movement mechanism, or heavy duty by self-driven using gear motor to drive wheel which run on rails.

Shaftless screw has the advantage in the non-clogging property.  The shaftless design enables conveying dry, wet, viscous, adhesive, dusty or even abrasive material successfully.  The system works under a closed lids, so there shall be no problems of dust, spills, or mal-odor.  The screw can be made from special high tensile strength or stainless steel.
