Astim - Model STP - Stoplogs for Flow Control and Isolation

Stoplogs are generally used equipments for flow control and isolation of fluids associated with water, waste water, sewage treatment plant, power generation, irrigation schemes and process plant. Stoplogs are not only used for closing the water channel but also can be used for water level adjustment by adding or removing obturators inside the frame. 3 sided seal, for open channels, for on-seating or off-seating pressure, for grouting into channel recess or for anchor bolting t channel outlet or in channel.

Astim - Model PEN - Penstocks Flow Control and Isolation of Fluids

The primary application of penstocks is the flow control and isolation of fluids associated with water, waste water, sewage treatment plant, power generation, irrigation schemes and process plant. Section of the correct penstock to suit the duty is important to satisfy the design criteria and provide the most cost effective solution. Operation of the penstock is governed generally by factors outside the control of the penstock manufacturer. Penstocks for open channels or wall mounted types with three or four sided EPDM seals are designed for on or off seating pressure and equipped with rising or non rising spindles which are operated manually or with actuators.

Astim - Model OFW - Adjustable Over Flow Weirs

Adjustable over flow weirs are used for wide openings where the vertical travel required is not more than about 500 mm. The gate is hinged at the bottom, and is raised and lowered by means of a centrally mounted spindle which can be operated either manually, or by an actuator. As friction is very low, operating effort for tilting weirs is minimal.
