Outer Fed Rotating Drum Screens “DTI” are continuously operating screening system with automatic cleaning device. DTI is general purpose self cleaning micro screening equipment which is suitable for both municipal and industrial water, wastewater treatment plants as well as the applications for collection of recyclable materials. But it is especially suitable for separation of floating, greasy and adhesive solids. The screen is formed by a frame, a drive unit, a delivery tank, a screen drum and a doctor blade.

Mesh Belt Screens are mainly used as fine screening equipment for high capacity water intakes of power plants. There are mainly three types of installation for these equipment.

Through Flow Perforated Belt Screens are mainly used as fine screening equipment for high and medium sized municipal and industrial water, wastewater treatment plants. Especially for fine screening the perforated screening elements provide superior separation efficiency in comparison with bar screening elements. Through Flow Perforated Belt Screen is able to cope with even high amounts of gravel and grit. Also the screening elements prevent especially long fibers from passing through the screen and thus achieve the maximum separation efficiency.

CENFLO - Centre Flow Perforated Screen for separation of fine debris from municipal and industrial stream with low pressure loss trough screening equipment. Cenflo is a Centre Flow Perforated Belt Screen mainly used as fine screening equipment for high and medium sized municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment plants. Especially for fine screening the perforated screening elements provide superior separation efficiency in comparison with bar screening elements. Also the screening elements prevent especially long fibres from passing through the screen and thus achieve the maximum separation efficiency.

Cable Operated Bar Screens HKI and TGS are robust equipment designed for heavy duty applications. They are specially designed for deep and wide channels for installation in pumping stations or inlet structures of high capacity water and wastewater treatment plants. With vertical installation possibility they require less space for screening. Cable Operated Bar Screens consist of a two main part: Parts in the channel; which are bar screen, guide frame and dead plate are equipped with parts over the channel; which are chassis, discharge chute, raking and cleaning mechanism. The upper part can be both designed as stationary (HKI) or travelling (TGS) versions.

Pin-Rack Screens (PRS) are screening equipment specially designed for installation for medium sized water and wastewater treatment plants. Suitable for both coarse and fine screening, as either a front or back raked screen, the Pin-Rack Screen ensures an efficient and reliable cleaning of the bar screen. The maintenance-free pin rack drive guarantees absolute synchronism and quiet running of the rake. The advantages of the Pin-Rack Screen are robustness and its easy maintenance due to the lack of ropes or chains for driving the rake. No moving parts are submerged in the wastewater. The steady sense of rotation of the drive motor protects the driving parts. The raking trolley can be stopped in any position thus allowing maintenance work on the operation floor without the need for a maintenance platform.

Revolving Multi-Rake Bar Screens are multi-raked chain operated screens which are generally used as coarse and fine screens for medium and large sized water and wastewater treatment plants. Revolving Multi-Rake Bar Screens are mainly consisting of bar screens, frame, dead plate and discharge chute which is equipped with multi-rakes and a counter wiper. By the help of multi-rakes very high screenings discharge capacity and low head loss is achieved. Also since the rakes are directly connected to the chain (i.e. no additional supporting structure) the installation height above level is very low even in very deep channels.

Chain Driven Bar Screens (AME) are the mostly preferred screening equipment for removal of solids sizing in a wide range. They are specially designed for installation as coarse and fine screens for medium and large sized water and wastewater treatment plants. Chain Driven Bar Screen “AME” is mainly consisting of bar screens, frame, dead plate and discharge chute which is equipped with a ladle rake and a counter cleaning mechanism.

Debris coming to plant with wastewater flow is captured by the screening bars are accumulate upstream of the bar screen. Accumulated screenings are collected by the operator time to time by using the manual rake. This rake has a handle long enough to reach bottom of the channel and it is not very wide so that may be handled easily. Removed debris is collected within a debris container which has a perforated bottom so that water content within the debris may be drained.

GRABBER - Multi-Channel Coarse Screen for removal of bulky material and coarse screenings from flow with traveling raking equipment over multiple channels. Grabber is installed as a first cleaning step in water intakes and waste water treatment plants as well as pumping stations for removing large quantities of debris and very large obstacles. It is a robust screening equipment designed for heavy duty applications especially to be used in deep and wide channels.
