Marking Systems
INSIGNUM - Model 3000 Label - Label Applicator
The Labelapplicator, INSIGNUM 3000 Label, consists of a servo driven X/Y axle, a rotating application head and a conveyor with positioning mechanism to pick up and place the PCBs. The PCB is transferred by the conveyor into the application area. The X/Y axle moves the application head to the printer, a label is taken and then applied to the PCB. After the application process the PCB is released and then transferred to the following unit.
DIVISIO Depaneling Routing
DIVISIO - Model 2000 Ergo - Semi-Automatic Depaneling System
The DIVISIO 2000 Ergo is a semi-automatic system for stressfree depaneling of PCBs. By positioning the routing axis either above or below the electrically driven rotary table, the system has the flexibility to represent a verified production process. It can therefore be used without any restrictions as back-up for the inline production. The X- and the Y-axes are both equipped with highly dynamic linear motor technology, the Z-axis is servo-driven. Already existing product carrier adapters can easily be used with this machine.

VEGO - Model BDS 01 - Compact Handling Loading Systems
The Bare Board Loader separates PCBs from a stack and feeds them to the production line, by dropping the bottom PCB onto a conveyor belt. The magazine stack height is 200 mm, new PCBs can be added on the top of the stack without stopping the system. The powder coated steel frame ensures process stability and excellent durability.
VEGO - Model BLO 01 - Compact Handling Loading Systems
Loader with a lift axis for one magazine. This system is used to load PCBs from a magazine into a production line. The unit uses an electrical extractor to load PCBs from a magazine to the downstream system. Magazine needs to be changed manually. The powder coated steel frame ensures process stability and excellent durability.
ASYS - Model DIVISIO 2200 - Semi-Automatic Depaneling System
The DIVISIO 2200 is a semi-automatic depaneling system with manual load-/unloading utilizing a single shuttle system. Using only one working area allows a higher fl exibility because the available PCB area can be increased compared to other machines. This means that the DIVISIO 2200 is especially suitable for low volume manufacturing with a high product mix. Another fi eld of application is prototyping. High technology panelized printed circuit boards require a precise stress free depanelizing process to prevent damage of the PCBs. The depaneling system is based on a rigid, stable substructure of welded steel construction. Due to its stability, this frame base absorbs the speeds of the integrated linear motors and assures a fast, accurate and smooth operation. At this split axes system the spindle is mounted on the X / Z axle on top side of the routing level.
Handling
VEGO - Model STM 03 - Dynamic Conveyor Systems
The PCB is transported from the previous unit onto the integrated conveyer. The conveyer travels sideways and transfers the PCB to the following unit.
INSIGNUM Laser
INSIGNUM - Model 3000 - Midrange Automatic Laser Marking System
The ASYS inline Laser Marking System, INSIGNUM 3000 Laser, is used for direct laser marking of solder resist on PCBs. The laser assembly is mounted above the transport system on a servo-driven X/Y axis. The PCB to be marked is taken over onto the transport system and transported into the marking position. The laser now moves to a pre-programmed position and marks the predefined content, such as barcode, datamatrix codes, plain text or logos onto the product.
INSIGNUM - Model 1000 - Automatic Laser Marking System
The INSIGNUM 1000 Laser is an inline or offline Marking System which utilizes a CO2 laser for direct marking onto various types of plastic PCBs. Alternatively the machine can be equipped with a fibre laser for marking of other materials e.g. metals. The object to be marked is placed in a drawer, fixed in position and then slid under a fixed position laser, where the PCB subsequently marked. After the marking process has completed, an acoustic alarm is issued, a message appears on the monitor and the drawer can be pulled out again. Alternatively, the machine can be equipped with a conveyor. The PCB is transported into the machine. A manually positioned laser unit then marks the PCB.
