David Descutner began his water treatment career in 1987 in the equipment group of Calgon Corporation, first as a manufacturing design engineer in their Advance Control Technology group and later as the Director of Calgon's Equipment Division. In 1999, he launched Atlantis
and he is pleased with the growth that his young company has achieved each year.
