The HSI CP 4100 control panel sequences operation of multiple blowers on a common header. The sequencer automatically starts and stops the blowers and adjusts the flow rate to satisfy the input variable demand. CP 4100 is fully plug and play compatible with HSI Local Control Panels of MC Series (Multistage) and HT Series (Turbo) type controllers. HSI can also customize to control other types of centrifugal blowers.

The HSI CP 2100 PLC controller enhances operation of HSI MC Series (Multistage Centrifugal) type of blowers by incorporating modulating inlet valve flow control for pressure applications and bleed valve control for vacuum.

The HSI CP 1100 PLC controller was developed to operate HSI MC Series (Multistage Centrifugal) type blowers as a cost effective control system which offers protection and simple flow control capability. It has a built-in two line text display for viewing monitored points and changing parameters.

Product performance ranges up to 25 PSI (1.7 Bar) pressure or to 18 inHg (457 mmHg) vacuum and flows from 100 to 40,000 CFM (170 to 70,000 m3/hr). The HSI CP 3100 PLC controller enhances operation of Multistage Centrifugal type blowers by controlling blower output through a variable frequency drive without the need for a flow meter.Using HSFs proprietary multi-algorithm program, this controller can calculate flow more accurately than traditional insertion type flow meters while achieving better reliability with more stable input devices. This controller incorporates a VFD to improve efficiency at reduced flow and increases flow ranges from 100% to as low as 30% of maximum flow.

The HSI CP 5100 is a controller that combines the full functions of the HSI CP 4100 Sequencing Panel and adds the ability to control most wastewater process systems. The CP 5100 is fully plug and play compatible with HSI Local Control Panels of MC Series (Multistage) and HT Series (Turbo) type of controllers. HSI can also customize to control other types of centrifugal blowers.
