Model CP 3100 -Blower Control Panel

The HSI CP 3100 PLC controller enhances operation of Multistage Centrifugal type blowers by controlling blower output through a variable frequency drive without the need for a flow meter.Using HSFs proprietary multi-algorithm program, this controller can calculate flow more accurately than traditional insertion type flow meters while achieving better reliability with more stable input devices. This controller incorporates a VFD to improve efficiency at reduced flow and increases flow ranges from 100% to as low as 30% of maximum flow.
