ATMI - Low Sensitivity Level Control Relay

These water level control relays are normally-sensitive controllers that maintain liquids within the set limits between a maximum and minimum level and provide protection for submerged pumps against dry running. The sensitivity is fixed. The use of these types of electrical probes gives an extraordinary operational safety because these devices are not very sensitive to the conventional humidity conditions of the wells and tanks.

Soba Small - Level Regulator for Small Tanks

This level regulator is technically similar to SOBA but smaller in size, ideal for small tanks. It detects the level by tilting the float  which activates the contact connected to a panel control , closing or opening the pump supply circuit, alarm, or others. The device can also be used in high or low alarm. The SOBA SMALL level regulator is equipped with a 250g loaded resin ballast , adjustable on the cable, which facilitates the rotation point of the level regulator and allows it to work in a wide range of densities.

Aqua - Level Regulator with Internal Ballast for Wastewater

The AQUA XL is a robust level regulator with internal ballast. As the liquid level reaches the regulator, the mechanical switch inside will tilt, thus closing or opening a circuit connected to an electrical panel. Thanks to its heavy weight (775g), the AQUA XL is capable of penetrating the thick layers of grease found on waste water pumping stations. This model is also available in a smaller version for limited space applications. See AQUA MEDIUM. The AQUA XL level regulator is not suitable for agitated liquids. The BIP STOP is a small float switch designed for the automatic control of small pumps (until 1.5 CV) .Thanks to its wide switching angle of 110º, the BIP STOP protects the pump`s engine and the electrical panels from jerking. This feature is highly appreciated in agitated liquids. Also, it can detect the both high and low level in the same tank whose hysteresis does not exceed 1.5 meter.These float level switches are used wherever magnetic level controllers can not be used because of impurities or deposits that may trap the float. Tilt Level Switches - Solids Tilt Level Switches

Soliba - Tilt Level Switch for Bulk Solids

This tilt level switch has been designed to provide high level measurement in silos or any other type of storage containers located in non-hazardous areas. Its operation is very simple: Vertically suspended at the desired high level point, the SOLIBA will tilt as the grain reaches the unit. To secure your facilities at a minimum cost, the installation of a SOLIBA high level mechanical tilt level switch is strongly recommended, even if your facilities are already equipped with other types of equipment such as: rotating paddles, vibrating forks, radars, capacitive and ultrasonic sensors, etc. The SOLIBA tilt level switch only operates when the high level is reached, unlike other types of level measurement devices that operate permanently The tilt level switch must be installed at the opposite side of the arrival of grain and at a certain distance from the silo walls. This to ensure an optimal tilting operation.

ATMI - Economical Float Level Switch

This float level switch (NO or NC) is the economical version of the BIP STOP. Indeed, it is technically similar to the BIP STOP but equipped with a high quality PVC cable instead of a neoprene cable. ATMI - Small Float Switch for Narrow Access Tank

This float level switch is a small diameter tubular float that has been designed to fit tanks and cisterns having restriced access. Its small 1" diameter allows it to pass through the narrow openings usually found on the side walls of tanks. As the liquid level reaches the float, the mechanical switch inside will tilt, thus closing or opening a circuit connected to an electrical panel. Thanks to its +/-20º switching angle, the TUBA float level switch ensures a very precise level measurement. The installation is possible up to a water depth of 55 meters. The TUBA 1`` float level switch can be installed in 3 ways : fixed to a cane, vertically suspended on the cable with external ballasts, or horizontally mounted on the tank sides with a gland.

This detector has a very strong special protection. In fact, it consists of a cast aluminum metal cage and a level detector for solid SOLIBA  or SOLIBA EX P ATEX certified in zones 21, 22 (dust). The metal case allows, without any risk of deterioriation, the high point level detection of voluminous bulk solids as well as the stop of all types of conveyor systems when dealing with excessive-height materials.
