ATP Environment - Organic Pollutants Abatement

The principle of operation of the Bioscrubber consists in transforming the pollutants into carbon dioxide, thanks to the action of our patented biological activator used to wash the air inside the tower. In some cases, the water, salts or carbon dioxide resulting from bacterial digestion can be included in a cycle of circular economy. Each ATP Bioscrubber is custom designed to ensure compliance with regulations.

Dedusting

ATP Environment - Bag House Filter

Bag filters are dust separation systems.  These types of filter are the most efficient and economical systems for many applications, are very versatile and are produced in many shapes and sizes. They are also available with a various range of filter media to suit customer requirements both in terms of space and process.

ATP Environment - Physical Dust Filtration Systems

ATP cyclones are the simplest system for dust treatment. Their shape is designed so that the powders, as they enter, take on a descending swirling motion that due to their weight will cause them to deposit at the bottom of the cyclone, while clean air will rise to the top.

Chemical/Physical Technologies

ATP Environment - Wet Scrubbers

ATP Environment wet scrubbers effectively remove air pollutants by inertial impact through reaction with a specific chemical agent that varies depending on the type of pollutant to be abated or by physical absorption into the solvent in the liquid phase. Our scrubbers can be effectively used to control particulate, toxic pollutants andinorganic fumes, vapors and gases (e.g. chromic acid, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, chlorides, fluorides and SO2.

ATP Environment - Static Filters

The static filters ATP are used to adsorb and eliminate pollutants as they pass through an activated filter substrate. The types of substrate and the structure are specifically designed according to the application.

Aspiration System

ATP Environment - Air Aspiration Systems

In every air treatment plant an suction system is required to capture the process air and convey it to the ATP purification plant. These systems are essential and must be designed ad hoc according to the process specifications.
