Attero Recycling was founded by Nitin Gupta and Rohan Gupta in the year 2007 with an objective of providing an environmentally friendly solution to the problem of e-waste. Attero Recycling, an integrated end-to-end electronic waste (e-waste) recycling company and now the first e-waste recycler to be registered with the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), Ministry of Environment & Forests, Government of India, is committed to initiate a socially-responsible movement towards electronic waste. We at Attero, look at e-waste not just as waste, but as an important resource that can be made useful instead of shunning it as a social and environmental burden. With our fully automated facility for e-waste recycling at Roorkee, a first of its kind metallurgical process and a close technical collaboration with a leading US company, we not only handle the complete processing of waste but also provide client friendly solutions like pickup of e-waste from the premises and complete data security. Factory

Attero has set up an automated and integrated Electrical & Electronic Waste recycling plant in Roorkee spread over an area of more than 100,000 sq ft.

  • The plant processes WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment), that are used computers, cell phones, network gear, TVs etc. in an environmentally friendly manner with very high recycling efficiency.
  • We have a close technical collaboration with a leading US company for our mechanical separation processes.
  • A first-of-its kind indigenous metallurgical process developed in-house.
  • The plant houses an automated facility for integrated E-Waste recycling.
  • Hazardous substances recovered during the process of recycling of e-waste are being disposed off through the Common Hazardous Waste Treatment, Storage & Disposal Facility, commonly known as CHWTSDF, authorized by the Pollution Control Board in the prescribed manner.
  • Attero's recycling process is a balance between disassembly, mechanical separation of complex materials and metallurgical treatment, resulting in a minimization of the labor intensive manual disassembly.
  • Well defined In-Process Quality Control systems are in place, which ensure that the required quality level is achieved.
