Aurora Biomed CRYSTA - Model 500 - Laboratory Water Purification Systems
The CRYSTA 500 produces both deionized and reverse osmosis Type 2 pure lab water directly from tap water. Using a stepwise filtration system that allows for exceptional purifying efficiency, it produces Type 2 water at a desalination rate of ≥99% and a virus elimination rate of ≥99.5%. The CRYSTA 500 delivers this water at the touch of a one-button dispense option and is ideal for general scientific applications in media preparation and high purity glassware rinsing.
Aurora Biomed CRYSTA - Model 1000 - Lab Water Purification Systems
Highly purified lab water should be available for use in any lab, especially for use in high precision analytical applications such as atomic absorption spectroscopy. The CRYSTA 1000 accommodates this need by producing Type 1 ultrapure water with minimal total organic carbon concentrations. It is ideal for use in a range of analytical applications in your lab. By using Ultrapure Polishing Cartridges, trace amounts of dissolved organics are removed in the parts per billion range. This will ensure that the CRYSTA 1000 will produce better technical results for your scientific applications.
Aurora Biomed CRYSTA - Model 2000 - Lab Water Purification Systems
For the most critical applications in polymerase chain reaction and high performance liquid chromatography, the CRYSTA 2000 lab water purification systems produce ultrapure Type 1 water. Using high performance 5000 Doulton Ultrafilters and Double Wavelength Ultraviolet Lamps, removal of pyrogens, RNase and endotoxins ensure that the purist lab water is used for scientific experiments. By producing only the purest Type 1 critical grade water, the CRYSTA 2000 is ideal for the most demanding scientific applications in PCR and HPLC.
Aurora Biomed - Model HPLC - High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
High performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is a common separation technique for the detection of trace substances. It is used across a wide variety of sectors including forensics, pharmaceutical and healthcare. Samples are moved through a stationary solid phase using a mobile phase under pressure and analytes are separate based on their afinity for the solid phase. When used in conjunction with Aurora’s VERSA series of Solid Phase Extraction workstations the Aurora HPLC system provides a complete solution for the detection of trace compounds in complex matrices. Aurora Biomed - Spectrophotometers Device for Measuring Light Intensity
A spectrophotometer measures sample compositions and concentrations as a function of the color intensity, or more specifically, the wavelength of light absorbed by the analyte. UV/Vis spectroscopy is routinely used in the quantitative determination of solutions of transition metals and highly conjugated organic compounds. Using Beer’s law, information about sample concentration can be determined from the absorbance and information about sample composition and contaminants can be determined by the specific wavelengths at which the analyte absorbs UV or visible light. A sample is placed in the spectrophotometer and ultraviolet or visible light at a certain wavelength, or range of wavelengths, is transmitted through the sample. The spectrophotometer measures how much light is absorbed by the sample and produces a report for the user.
Aurora Biomed - Model VG 411 - Vapor Hydride Generator
The VG 411 Vapor Hydride Generator provides enhanced sensitivities, reduced interferences and extremely low detection limits for of mercury and hydride-forming metals.
