Advanced IMDS Classroom Training
The growing concern regarding substance uses in products, its recycling or disposal has created a lot of legislations and global actions in the last years. Providing excellent quality material declaration data to your customers requires a thorough understanding of these regulations. Professionals must be prepared for the impact of these requirements on the future of their business. This course provides an extension of the IMDS Basic Concepts and Application course, to help you understand the regulations and anticipate their impact on your business. Additionally, students will receive hands on instruction on how to utilize IMDS’ more complicated features, such as Chemistry Manager, Where Used Analysis, MDS Update and MDS Request.
Advanced Product Quality Planning & Control Plan (APQP) Classroom Training
Avoid confusion or misinterpretation of automotive requirements with a clear understanding of advanced product quality planning (APQP) and how it relates to IATF 16949. Run step-by-step through APQP and learn about the FCA, Ford Motor Co., and General Motors Co. common requirements and what you need to do to achieve compliance with the guidelines for product quality planning and the preparation of control plans. This one-day class provides an overview of the tools, procedures and reporting requirements specified in the Advanced Product Quality Planning and Control Plan reference manual. NOTE: Attendance to the entire course is required to receive a Certificate of Attendance with CEUs.
AIAG IATF 16949:2016 Supplier Auditor Certification Classroom Training
The course is designed to prepare experienced audit program managers and first- and second-party auditors to meet the new requirements of IATF 16949:2016 and customer-specific requirements of FCA, Ford Motor Co., and General Motors Co. This exclusive AIAG training program is the supplier version of the official IATF 16949:2016 third-party auditor certification course. A final examination is included at the end of the course. In accordance with internal and supplier auditor competency requirements defined in IATF 16949 Section 7.2.3 and 7.2.4, participants are encouraged to complete the AIAG Core Tools Self-Assessment (CTSA) to assess proficiency in the core tools, prior to attending auditor training.
Applied SPC and MSA for Practitioners Classroom Training
Improve your understanding of the integration of statistical process control (SPC) and measurement systems analysis (MSA) into IATF 16949 and discover how to develop a higher quality process control system by selecting and applying the appropriate statistical tools. Through a combination of instructor-led training and team exercises, you learn how SPC and MSA can be applied to a manufacturing environment. The goal is to illustrate how these techniques can be incorporated into a system to provide for not only process improvement, but also product improvement. Important: The course requires you to come with a laptop loaded with Excel®. It is also recommended that you download the following demos: QI Macros and Minitab (latest version) before arriving to the class.
APQP How-to Workshop Classroom Training
In this two-day class, gain the skills to effectively implement an Advanced Product Quality Planning & Control Plan (APQP). The activity-based course will teach you about APQP tools and the linkage between process flow charts, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), control plans and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). NOTE: Attendance to the entire course is required to receive a Certificate of Attendance with CEUs.
APQP/PPAP Certification Exam Classroom Training
Certification by AIAG in APQP/PPAP verifies an individual`s proficiency in product quality planning and control plan guidelines, and PPAP submittal requirements as defined in the APQP and PPAP reference manuals. The individual is able to apply and communicate them, and as a result, can support the development of a product that will increase customer satisfaction. Upon successfully completing the exam, a Certificate of Certification will be issued and is valid for three (3) years.
