AvMap - Multifunctional Display for Cockpit Navigation

The EKP V Multifunctional Display by AvMap redefines cockpit GPS usage with a dual capability of panel mounting and portability. AvMap - Avionics Display System with A2 ADAHRS and Docking Station

The EKP V Avionics Display System by AvMap features a bright 7-inch display that is fully viewable in sunlight and includes an integrated battery and GPS. With a thickness of only 0.8 inches, the EKP V serves as a centralized display for both navigation and primary flight information, providing all necessary details in one compact device. The system’s Cockpit Docking Station acts as the central hub for all electrical connections in the integrated avionic system, hosting the EKP V. Additionally, the AvMap A2 ADAHRS module offers Air Data, Attitude, and Heading Reference, connecting to the aircraft's Pitot-static system and the docking station via USB. This module includes solid-state gyros, accelerometers, magnetic field sensors, and air data sensors and can be installed in various orientations. The AvMap Avionics System is ideal for light sport, ultralight, and experimental aircraft, supporting multiple configurations for varying cockpit space and budget requirements. This scalable system, weighing only 859 grams for the entire setup, ensures ease of installation and a vibratory proof connection to the aircraft's electrical system.

AvMap - Module for EKP V

The A2 ADAHRS module, designed by AvMap, significantly extends the functionalities of the EKP V system. Ideal for light-sport, ultra-light, and experimental aircraft, this compact and lightweight module (weighing only 1.8 oz) integrates solid-state 3-axis gyroscope, accelerometer, magnetic field sensor, and air data sensor. It delivers critical flight data including airspeed, altitude, attitude, and heading directly to the EKP V`s 7-inch display, effectively transforming it into a complete Primary Flight Display. The system connects to the aircraft`s Pitot-static system via USB and can be installed in any orientation following a proper calibration. Additional features comprise integration with Terrain Awareness and Warning System (TAWS), wind indicator with wind components, and a customizable HSI display linked to flight planning functions. Altimeter, heading references, and specific V-speed reference values can be set as per aircraft requirements.
