ASTM
ASTM D445, D2170, D2171, D2532 Viscosity Baths
Lawler baths for low temperature kinematic viscosity conform to ASTM D445 and D2532 and related test method requirements for viscosity bath temperature stability and uniformity in the temperature range of from +15° to -75°C. A digital indicating PID temperature controller with 0.01°C resolution provides stability and uniformity of better than ±0.02°C as specified by ASTM D445 (when methyl alcohol or denatured ethyl alcohol are used as bath medium). All models conform to the most recent ASTM D445, D2170, D2171 and D2532 specifications using digital indicating PID temperature controller providing bath stability and uniformity of ±0.02°C. Models with cabinets are made of anodized aluminum frame and panels. A safety viewing window in front of the bath jar provides an insulating air space and protection against breakage. The jar is illuminated from the bottom by a fluorescent light for easy reading of the meniscus.
Preconditioning Heating Blocks
Test methods ASTM D91 | ASTM D96 | ASTM D1796 | ASTM D2273 | ASTM D2709 | ASTM D2711 | ASTM D4007 and related methods require heat preconditioning of the test sample before as part of the test procedure. Lawler offers a number of small, convenient aluminum block baths able to preheat the method specified test tubes at the method specified temperature. These units replace the bulkier heated oven and with better temperature control. Typically the temperature stability and test position to test position temperature variation is no higher than ±0.5°C. The operating temperature range is 30° to 80°C. The digital controller displays the set point and the actual temperature.

AATCC - Fume Chamber for Color Fastness
Model 358 is a Gas Fume Chamber with overall dimensions of about 30 x 30 x 39 inches high (76 x 76 by 100 cm high). It is specifically designed for testing of fabrics for colorfastness to burnt gas fumes, oxides of nitrogen product from the combustion of natural gas. The change in color is compared to a gray scale.
Stainless Steel Liquid Bath
Lawler offers a wide range of constant temperature test baths conforming to ASTM D130, D1838, D4048, D4814 Annex, IP227, and ISO 2160 copper corrosion tests for fuel and lubricants. Specify which test method(s) are desired for proper model selection. Pressure vessels are used for more volatile products like gasoline and aviation fuels versus the test tube procedure used for lubricants, diesel, and biodiesel.
IP
Cigre Baths for Oxidation Stability of Oils
Model 367-12 is a bench top model with a circular solid aluminum block bath with 12 test positions arranged in a circle. Model 367-12 conforms to IP280, IP306, IP307, IP331, and IP335 test methods. The single digital display controller provides temperature control of ±0.2°C and position to position temperature uniformity of ±02°C. Temperature range is from +50° to +250°C.
Rust-Preventing Testing Instruments
The RU-L and RU-HT series are fully automated and designed for rust testing as per ASTM, DIN, NACE, and FTM specifications.

Visaya - Copper Digital Diesel Detection Imagings
World`s First Automated Copper Strip Rater! Methods: ASTM D130, ASTM D1838, ASTM D4048, ASTM D4814, ASTM D7667, ASTM D7671, DIN 51 759, EN 2160, EN 6251, FTM 791-5325, IP 112, IP 154, IP 227, IP 411, IP 611, ISO 2160, ISO 22160. From qualified practitioner to quintessential professional, designed with the end user in mind. Copper corrosivity has become a critical indicator of sulfur compounds present after the refining process. Prior to Copper Digital Detection Imaging (CuDDI), measuring corrosivity in petroleum presented a number of challenges.
