Aztech Technologies Inc.

Aztech was joint venture between Passaretti Geological & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (established 1991) and F. L. Fina, PE PC (established 1992). With a history of partnering on projects that complemented their services, the original venture was incorporated as Aztech Technologies in 1997 and certified as a New York State Women Business Enterprise (WBE) in 2004. The philosophy then, as it stands today, was to create a firm focused on providing cost effective solutions to our client’s often complex environmental problems, from small investigation and compliance projects to restoring sites to their natural state. Today, under the leadership of founding co-owners Mary Passaretti and Fil L. Fina, PE, Aztech has grown from a small five-person firm to a full-service environmental firm of engineers, geologists, scientists, hydrogeologists and technical field professionals. We are proud to be one of the Top 10 Environmental Firms in the Capital District of New York State.
