A Bag Filter is a filtration device housing single or multiple filter bags to remove solid particles entrained within fluids. They are often fabricated and are a competitive design for separation of fine particulate, with the filter bag being disposable such that it can be quickly removed for disposal and a new, clean bag replaced within the retainer very quickly.

The Large Bore Basket Strainer commences from 14”NB line size upwards and contains a single angle-top strainer basket for use in permanent applications. It is suitable for mounting in horizontal pipelines and is available with bolted cover as standard.
