BAS - Electromagnetic Lifters
BAS electromagnetic lifters are specialized for efficiently transporting and extracting ferromagnetic metals, particularly from scrap materials. The lifters feature a robust one-piece cast magnet body that greatly minimizes magnetic field loss, ensuring high performance and durability. The lower cover of the electromagnets is designed with high alloy steel, making them suitable for extremely challenging conditions. These electromagnetic lifters are available in both rectangular and round casting body designs to handle different forms of metal, such as pipes and sheets. They are particularly useful in steel factories for various applications, including feeding casting furnaces, loading and unloading scrap materials, and transferring scrap metals. The chain hanger points are engineered for maximum durability and safety. Operating at a voltage of 220VDC, the magnets have a usage period of 75% over 10 minutes. Furthermore, the terminal box is designed with IP65 protection class to ensure easy and secure connections.
BAS - Electromagnetic or Vibratory Ffeeders (Vibro Feeders)
BAS Electromagnetic or vibratory feeders, commonly known as vibro feeders, offer a range of capacities from 0.1 to 1,000 tph, ensuring equal and linear power distribution across the entire feeder surface. With widths varying from 100mm to 2500mm, these feeders can be custom-built to meet application-specific demands. They are designed to transport materials uniformly to subsequent processes or transport equipment in the required width. BAS vibrofeeders are adept at handling diverse materials, from dry particles to those with up to 25% humidity, and particle sizes ranging from ppm to 500mm. Customizable in materials such as PU, PE, HARDOX, and stainless steel coatings, these feeders are equipped with IP65 panels and driver groups to withstand harsh conditions, ensuring continuous feeding of crushers and screens. The advanced engineering solutions applied by BAS aim for excellence and efficiency in material handling processes.
