The BLC101 is an electronic level controller designed for cost-effective liquid level management, compatible with DIN-rail and panel mounting systems. It functions by measuring the electrical conductivity between electrodes or between an electrode and a metal vessel, ideally serving industries such as chemical, paper, food, wine, and biotechnology where liquids with high conductivity are prevalent. The BLC101 can be programmed to monitor up to three fixed liquid levels, utilizing corresponding relays for drainage or supply control. It also offers the possibility of configuring as a drainage or supply level controller with an alarm relay. A high-tech microprocessor ensures the device's accuracy and stability, while preventing potential electrolytic polarization. Users can easily adjust the output activation threshold, and the integrated LED indication provides clear status reporting.
