Weighing Units

In the GMP environment, product and personal protection have the highest priority. Our weighing cabins (also called weighing units) are part of our HygienicSafe product series and meet the highest standards for handling hazardous substances. Our weighing cabins work with a downwards directed ultra-pure air flow and are suitable for all manual transfer processes of powdered input substances. The laminar flow area is generously dimensioned and is always individually designed for the respective application. It completely covers the work area of weighing for scale, primary and secondary containers.

Model bc-hs-cau - Laminar-Flow Air Circulation Workbench for Object And Personal Protection

The sound-optimised cleanroom workbench for sensitive work processes has a adjustable windscreen and an airflow barrier that prevents dust and particles from escaping the work area. As a table device, the bc-hs-cau is intended for installation on an existing support frame or on the bc-technology base frame.

Model CleanoFlex - Cleanroom Cabins

Flexible and modular cleanroom system, which not only meets the high cleanliness requirements but also the adjustments to new process layouts. Our CleanoFlex Cleanroom Cabins are optimized with our CleanoFlex system - a modular system of specially manufactured components that have been matched to one other. The advantage of the system is its variability. Thanks to the modularity additions, conversions, extensions, increasing the air exchange and local laminar flow zones can be realised at a later time. This allows for you to always respond to changing requirements and, for example, expand a mini-environment to a cleanroom with several thousand square meters. This ensures investment security and flexibility.

Model bc-crc - Cleanroom Cabins

Our cleanroom cabin is a standardised system with dimensions ranging from 1,200 mm to 6,000 mm (grid dimension: 1,200 x 1,200 mm). The supply air is prefiltered and introduced into the cleanroom cabin via terminal H 14 B HEPA filters according to DIN EN 1822. The air infeed is done via FFUs with swirl plate. The complete control unit is housed in a switch box which is mounted on the cleanroom cabin. Minimum purity class 7 according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1 is met. The cleanroom cabin is available as an elevated (optional mobile) version or can be suspended from the on-site ceiling. A wide range of options are additionally available.
