BCC - Batch Mixer
The Batch Mixer is engineered to optimize the growing substrate in containerized nurseries by ensuring a homogeneous mix of both organic and inorganic components. Organic materials such as peat moss, composted bark, rice husk, and coconut husk are combined with inorganic elements like perlite, vermiculite, sand, and pumice to create a balanced substrate. This precise mixing enhances seed germination rates, the success of cuttings rooting, and the uniform development of nursery plants, thereby minimizing losses. The Batch Mixer boasts specifications including item code BAMI, dimensions of 2400 x 1200 x 2200 mm, a hopper capacity of 1.5m³, a power supply of 3 x 400V, and a power requirement of 3kW. Additionally, it consumes 20 liters of compressed air per minute at 6Bar and 20 liters of water per minute at 2Bar. It also includes a media feeding belt with dimensions of 4500 x 500 x 2300mm and requires either a 1 x 230V or 3 x 400V, 50Hz power supply and 0.37kW power.
