Drying / heating oven BEA 120/300 for determination of moisture content according ISO 18134 (EN 14774). BEA Ofen kThis Drying- or Heating oven with air circulation is suitable for the determination of moisture content according to ISO 18134-1 -2 und -3 (EN 14774-1 -2 und -3). Fast drying process, constant air circulation even at full load of sample material and homogenous temperature conditions characterize this quality product.
BEA - Muffle Furnace 8,2 According ISO 18122 (EN 14775)
The compact muffle furnace BEA 8,2 is suitable for the determination of ash content of biomass according to ISO 18122 (EN 14775) or for the determination of the volatile matter according to ISO 18123 (EN 15148). The oven has a digital controller with adjustable heating ramp and hold time for efficient work. The maximum temperature is 1100°C.
PelletVision - Length Measuring Device
The BEA PelletVision length measuring device is used for fast, fully automatic determination of the pellet lengths and length distribution of a pellet sample (approx. 100 pellets) according to ISO 17829. The length measuring system is currently available in 2 versions. The device comes with fully customer-specific software.

Model RP 20 - Sieving Device
Electromagnetic & digital sieve shaker with 3-D motion. The RP 20 is a heavy duty machine for the continuous, daily nonstop operation and is suitable for dry and wet sieving material. Suitable for 200 mm sieves. The sieve shaker has a capacity for up to 8 sieves (50 mm height) or 15 sieves (25 mm height). Alternatively we gladly offer additional sieve shakers: eg. lighter, or those for larger sieve diameters.
Professional Pellets Analyzer (PPA)
The Professional Pellets Analyzer (PPA) is a fully automatic device for the determination of moisture content, bulk density, mechanical durability and temperature of wood pellets. The PPA was developed for quality control in pellet plants required for quality management systems as ENplus / DINplus.
Dust Bags
Silo trucks for pellets delivery are equipped with a mobile suction unit to ensure a dust-free delivery process for the customer. When filling the storage room, the exhaust air is sucked by a suction fan from the storage room and blown into the dust filter bag. We offer this dust bags depending on the field of application in two different qualities: dust class L or M. The size of the dust bags are exactly configured for exhaust fans with a capacity of 1700 m³ / h. Test certificates of IFA (Institut für Arbeitsschutz der deutschen gesetzlichen Unfallversicherung) are available.
