Dust Bags
Silo trucks for pellets delivery are equipped with a mobile suction unit to ensure a dust-free delivery process for the customer. When filling the storage room, the exhaust air is sucked by a suction fan from the storage room and blown into the dust filter bag. We offer this dust bags depending on the field of application in two different qualities: dust class L or M. The size of the dust bags are exactly configured for exhaust fans with a capacity of 1700 m³ / h. Test certificates of IFA (Institut für Arbeitsschutz der deutschen gesetzlichen Unfallversicherung) are available.

- Dimensions: 2.600 mm total length x 1.500 mm width
- Design: one side 1.500 mm wide flat stitched, other side with sewed-in bottom 355 mm diameter with centred sewed-in hose connection, 500 mm long x 165 mm diameter, suitable for connecting to a Storz F coupling (not included in the scope of delivery)
There are 4 different types available:
- Type 1: Polyester-needle felt 530 g/m², with approx. 130 ltr./dm²/min air permeability tested according to EN 60335-2-69:2009 (Dust class L)
- Type 2: Polyester-needle felt 470 g/m², with approx. 80 ltr./dm²/min air permeability tested according to EN 60335-2-69:2009 (Dust class M)
- Type 3: Polyester-needle felt 350 g/m², with approx. 800 ltr./dm²/min air permeability
- Type 4: Cotton-bag: 150 g/m², with approx. 480-750 ltr./dm²/min. air permeability
