BEL Valves’ Check Valve range supports client needs for a flexible approach to solutions where protection against backflow and pressure surges are concerned. The robust design of the Swing Check Valve is typically favoured to overcome these service conditions on large bore applications, whereas the Axial and Piston Check Valve products provide assurance where more compact design is demanded.

BEL Valves’ Through Conduit Expanding Gate Valve enables double block and bleed (DBB) functionality to be achieved within one single valve assembly, as opposed to the two conventional slab gates that would otherwise be required. The benefits include an overall cost, size and weight reduction in addition to an ability to configure the valve to seal in either the closed position (single expanding) or open and closed position (double expanding). Further options ensure a fit-for-purpose solution is delivered to suit application demands.

BEL Valves’ Rotary Disc Valve is offered as a small bore solution to facilitate chemical injection and/or hydraulic supply, when desired, on production manifolds. The design premise is based upon simplicity and robustness for assurance of successful operation even when installations extend to the most hostile of environments.

Our Needle and Double Block and Bleed Valves are available to suit ½”, ¾” and 1” tubing connections.

BEL Valves has entered a joint venture with Plexus Ocean Systems Limited, to provide high integrity valves for the supply of full-package surface xmas trees and wellhead products for the oil and gas industry. The joint venture company, Plexus Pressure Control Limited (PPC), will utilise BEL Valves’ critical valve components with Plexus POS-GRIP and other proprietary wellhead technology.

At BEL Valves we understand that deciding how to operate a valve can be as critical to the application as the choice of valve itself. Available as a package with our valves, we design, manufacture and source a range of hydraulic, electric and pneumatic actuators and controls. We also develop actuator solutions for speciality situations including High Integrity Pipelines Protection Systems (HIPPS) and Emergency Shutdown (ESD) valves. The in-house design team at BEL Valves takes into account the size limitation, weight restriction, pressure and torque or thrust requirements of every application so that the best and most efficient solution can be delivered. As part of our single source supply ability, we also work closely with all the recognised leading actuator suppliers to ensure the customer gets what they want every time.

BEL Valves’ Midstream Pipeline Gate Valves provide reliable sealing performance and therefore a wide variety of elements, including corrosive fluids, as well as normal liquid and gas, can be used with this product. In instances of severe service, a metal-to-metal seat layout with tungsten carbide coating can be provided. The top-entry construction allows for easy in-line maintenance.

At BEL Valves, our expertise allows us to deliver accurate and reliable Globe Valve solutions for specialist petrochemical applications in accordance with the relevant industry codes and standards. Globe valves can be opened and closed to give a gradual change of flow, reducing the risk of downstream pressure shock. The BEL Valves design provides tight shut off at both high and low pressures which is maintained through changing temperatures. With a design suitable for closing against differential pressure, our Globe Valves can also be modified to provide accurate throttling service. Our Globe Valves are the perfect solution for use in critical, corrosive and hazardous applications including downstream processing, urea and ammonia production.
