Process tank Ø1440x1875 for the food industry: Manufactured in 1.4404/AISI-316L. All welding inside grinded. Build-in stirrer to ensure homogen temperature in the process. Build-in stirrer for mixing ingredients in the beginning of the process. Heat/cooling jacket integrated on the surface followed by insultation. Acid pickled. Equiped with process equipment for easy installation.

Condenser built into existing evaporator: On this unit evaporation takes place on the oCutside of the tubes.

Swing gate bin for heavy abrasive material. Features: The gate is manufactured as a swing gate to avoid material contact with the bearings. Wear resistant plate in the bottom to increase the life time. Supplied with a filling gauge. Easy to maintain mechanical opening/closing mechanism. Encapsulated - no possibility to come into contact with moving parts. Ideal for combination with weighing cells. When the gate opens, the media falls out as a batch.

Cooling screw for bitumen: Close-coupled double screw. Gear motor on each screw rotor. The machine is ATEX approved. The gear motors can be controlled individually for moving the screw flights closer together (cleaning function). Complete control system delivered with the screw. The cooling jacket is pressure tested to 6 barG and approved according to the PED directive. The tubes of the screw rotors are supplied with  inner tubes for cooling and pressure tested to 6 barG. Flights with holes and knodges to avoid blocking of the sticky material. Own manufactured gate valves approved according to ATEX. Cooker/blancher for Ø2000x6000 mm for meat and beans: Retention time 1 hr. Manufactured in AISI-304, 1.4301. Outer diameter: 2000 mm. Flights with holes to avoid blocking of beans. Lit and bottom are insulated with a stainless steel cap. Pitch: 2000 mm. All parts in contact with food are manufactured in 2B surface. The lid is supplied with an actuator system for moving up and down. Manufactured according to food standards.
